Whats not to love? This food is iconic, and very unhealthy...I stick with the double egg mcmuffin, my favorite childhood breakfast, its just a meal that has to make you happy, maybe some coffee too, and now you are ready to face the day. Quick tip, ditch the ham slice, it dosen't add any deliciousness to the sandwich and it probably causes colon cancer.

Had an online order that never came out, went inside feeling slightly frustrated and noticed it was very overcrowded and busy, and the employees seemed overwhelmed.At this point I was helped by Cynthia who rectified the issue in a swift and professional manner. 💗Thanks to this, what could have been a very bad experience was made good. Thank you, Cynthia. You are so appreciated.

Just like all other MacDonalds..but definitely am not ever stopping here ever..fisrt they didn't get my order right.. I asked for some chicken strips for my son and the gave me reheated strips (strips looked darker than my car tires) manger's face was longer than the DMV line in Oakland😤

Great experience at a MacDonald’s. A young lady helped me order the other day. She was off duty but an awesome example of great training. Her name was Colleen

Its the best when Jack is closed and your options are very limited when you get off work at 3-4 am this location is open 24hrs with most of their menu available. Food is usually hot and fresh, although I had ordered FF and they were cold and tasted stale so much that I didn't even eat them. Otherwise everything else is great!

No one came to the counter to assist us when we walked in. We were forced to use self ordering screen to place our order consisting of 2 cheeseburgers and a drink. The only interaction we had was a girl tossing our burgers on the counter as she called our number and walked away. I had to help myself to a cup behind the counter because she didn't provide it to us before disappearing back into the kitchen!

Table service very good! Kids party on at the same time as we visited, very bad... Guess we need them to pay my state pension in the future though...

Friendly staff! Food prepared quickly and accurately.

The food is not tasting fresh. And the fries are not hot and crispy.

Food never changes in taste but the amount does bought a medium frie and when I got home notice the French frie pouch was basically empty.

I ordered chicken nuggets and they didn't ask what kind of sauce I wanted and my fries were lukewarm. I also had ask for my friend's soda because they forgot to give it to us. I believe that they were rushing to meet their time goals but they should remember service goals as well.

Service was fine. The layout makes no sense. They spent time and money for a remodel that leaves people in line to check out with cashier, or use self pay kiosk in the way of the door.

Unable to take the order correctly. Unable to deliver order correctly. Food was cold, fries also way over salted. Sat at the window waiting for drinks, while the staff member just stares at me blankly wondering why I'm still there. Garbage food, service same.

We were forced to use the touch screen to order our food, as there was no one working at the counter register. When our order came up a girl brought it from the kitchen and called the number as she set the bag on the counter and walked away, disappearing back into the kitchen area. I had to step behind the counter and get my own drink cup (which was part of my order), because she didn't set one next to my bag. Customer service was non existent at this location.
